Trading conditions and expedition of goods

Our goods are send by courier service or post office throughout all Czech Republic. You don´t pay any postal fees with the order above CZK 3.500,- (tax included), cheaper order is charged with CZK 90,- for postal fees. You can also use our factory- sample room for your shopping . For our foreign customers we calculate the price individually according to order and agreement with customer.
Goods is wrapped into cardboard covers. Soaps are distributed in wholesale package (5 pcs), other products are separated.
The first order for a new customer has to be paid cash or cash on delivery. Every next order is possible to pay using invoice with due date 14 days. Default orders are despatched in 1 week after order, large orders or job-order manufacture is despatched after agreement with customer.
 

Sales support and custom service

With products of our natural gift cosmetics we provide fragnances testers on shops. We send it automatically with first order, for renewal or completion we send it after customer´s request. Our products are supplied with show-cards with the description of each product line. In the following we offer our customers brief brochure with the summary of our company´s production. We offer a special sachets with Boemi label in postage stamp shape for gift wrapping. For a shop decoration there are Boemi posters. Complete brochure of our producs is sent after customer´s request. We are able to offer two types of display, small made of cardboad can be provided to every shop, big wooden display (55x90x35 cm) is intended for free in shops with minimaly monthly orders for CZK 5000,- (tax included). Our displays are intended exclusively for propagation and sale of Boemi products.

Our soaps are fresh products which can be slowly dried in time but this fact has no effect on quality. Accordingly to this fact we recommend our customers to order soaps in less. In case of need we are pleased to repack soaps in guarantee period.
